Ingredients:
- For the wrap:
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4-5 slices cooked bacon
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Dill pickle slices
- Shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice (optional)
- Dash of paprika or cayenne (for spice)
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika while cooking.
- Break the beef into crumbles and cook until browned. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and spices. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble the Wrap:
- Warm the tortilla slightly to make it pliable.
- Place a layer of lettuce leaves on the tortilla.
- Add the cooked beef, cheddar slices, bacon, diced tomato, and pickles.
- Drizzle generously with the sauce.
- Fold and Grill:
- Fold the tortilla over the filling, tucking in the sides, and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and toast the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Garnish:
- Optionally top the wrap with shredded cheddar, more pickles, and a drizzle of the sauce.
- Serve:
- Slice in half and enjoy your loaded cheeseburger wrap!
