Ingredients:

  • For the wrap:
    • 1 large flour tortilla
    • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 4 slices cheddar cheese
    • 4-5 slices cooked bacon
    • Lettuce leaves
    • 1 medium tomato, diced
    • Dill pickle slices
    • Shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • For the sauce:
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp mustard
    • 1 tsp pickle juice (optional)
    • Dash of paprika or cayenne (for spice)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef:
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika while cooking.
    • Break the beef into crumbles and cook until browned. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and spices. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble the Wrap:
    • Warm the tortilla slightly to make it pliable.
    • Place a layer of lettuce leaves on the tortilla.
    • Add the cooked beef, cheddar slices, bacon, diced tomato, and pickles.
    • Drizzle generously with the sauce.
  4. Fold and Grill:
    • Fold the tortilla over the filling, tucking in the sides, and roll it up tightly.
    • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and toast the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish:
    • Optionally top the wrap with shredded cheddar, more pickles, and a drizzle of the sauce.
  6. Serve:
