    • Instructions

      Step 1: Mix the Base
      1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey (or maple syrup), lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
      2. Whip until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
      Step 2: Chill
